Productivity and Time Management (Online)
May 15 @ 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Program overview
Time is the most precious of resources. Peter Drucker states, “Until we can manage time, we can manage nothing else.”
Productivity measures how much work is accomplished in a given time. The more output a person produces in a time frame, the more productive he becomes. Good time management skills are essential to being productive.
Improving time management is a core skill for anyone wishing to work efficiently and establish good habits. Implementing time management helps employees avoid being overwhelmed with tasks, which leads to stress and burnout.
This program will help participants learn strategies and techniques to manage their time. The program will also help participants analyze strengths and weaknesses, set priorities, manage the expectations of others, and become more effective in the workplace.
