The COVID-19 pandemic resulted to a global health and economic fallout. This, in turn, also has affected gender equality and diversity and inclusion which is something we all have been continuously trying to foster and promote.
Despite the crisis bringing about these challenges, it is imperative for us to look at opportunities and new ways to improve the business environment and foster a culture of inclusivity where everyone’s welfare is promoted regardless of sex, gender, age, origin, ability, and status.
