The Employers Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP) successfully launched its newest digital innovation—NaviGate, an AI-powered assistant developed to provide ECOP members with instant access to relevant and reliable information on responsible business conduct (RBC), workplace practices, and policy guidance.

Held at the 1898 Hotel in Makati City and streamed live to a national audience, the launch gathered representatives from government, industry, workers’ groups, and international organizations to celebrate this major milestone. Hosted by ECOP’s Advocacy and Communications Specialist, Paola Tiongson, the event was both a technological showcase and a reaffirmation of ECOP’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and responsible enterprise leadership.

A Program Anchored on Innovation and Responsibility

The launch opened with inspiring messages from ECOP Governor Rhoda Castro-Caliwara, Deputy Director General Abigail Gorospe, and Senior Adviser on RBC Nenette Fernando, who collectively framed the event as the next step in ECOP’s journey of promoting responsible business practices through digital innovation.

Highlights of the event included:
