Due to insistent public demand, we are pleased to announce that the nominations / applications for the 2021 Kapatiran sa Industriya (KAPATID) Awards is extended until 29 March 2021.
The KAPATID Awards is a biennial event of the Employers Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP) established in 1995, which recognizes companies that exemplify good business practices in the fields of industrial relations, quality, productivity, and innovation, responsible and ethical business conduct, and business resiliency and continuity. Essentially, these practices are characterized by closer enterprise level cooperation and harmonious relationship between management and employees, whether in a unionized or non-unionized setting, resulting in labor and enterprise productivity, product / service quality and innovations, improved workplace conditions, enhanced relationship with society, and adaptation to the disruptive and ever-changing business environment.
The awarding ceremonies will be one of the highlights of the 42nd National Conference of Employers.
