Program Overview

If we can’t measure employees’ performance, we can’t manage our employees’ performance.

An organization that seeks to maintain and improve its competitive advantage must manage its employees’ performance to optimize its results. The ability of the people to perform can mitigate their losses or take the challenge and convert the crisis into an opportunity for success.

Therefore, performance management influences employees’ performance by helping people understand what good performance means and providing the information and motivation needed to improve it. Designing a proper performance management system aligned with the company’s goals or strategies is also important.

ECOP developed a 3-session program to understand the results-based performance management system’s objectives, know the elements of designing an effective performance management system, and develop and update the company’s performance management system.
