The Employers Confederation of the Philippines will be holding a full face-to-face Executive Labor Update on DOLE Department Order 238-23 on 04 May 2023, Thursday from 1:00PM to 4:00PM at the 1898 Hotel Colonia En Las Filipinas, Makati City.
The event aims to inform employers on the salient features of Department Order No. 238-23, otherwise titled as “Rules on the Administration and Enforcement of Labor Standards Pursuant to Article 128 of the Labor Code of the Philippines, as Renumbered, and Republic Act No. 11058“. It will also serve as an avenue where employers could give their perspectives on the issuance of the department order and hopefully, to discuss the way forward.
