ECOP recently concluded its 43rd National Conference of Employers (NCE) held last August 24–25 at the Manila Ballroom of the Marriott Hotel. It was the first hybrid conference in two years after the COVID-19 pandemic and quarantine measures forced the 41st and 42nd seasons to be held entirely virtually. At the event attended by seven cabinet secretaries, two undersecretaries, and the executive secretary of the President, over 400 participants were treated to six plenaries and four panels over the course of two days. Also included in the robust program prepared by ECOP is the induction of twenty-five (25) new members.
