The Institute for Labor Studies, the policy research and advocacy arm of the Department of Labor and Employment, is currently conducting a study with a working title, “Affirming the Right to Freedom from Violence and Harassment in the World of Work: An Analysis of Convention 190 vis-à-vis Philippine Policies on Violence and Harassment in the Workplace”. The purpose of the study is to contribute to the enhancement of policies governing violence and harassment in the Philippines. The study also aims to analyze the extent to which existing policies, programs, and other institutional mechanisms relevant to violence and harassment in the workplace complement the requirements of the ILO Convention 190.

 

In line with this, an online survey is being conducted among companies. It contains 20 questions which could take an hour to accomplish.
