While the business world continues to move towards and establish a New Normal, ECOP has steadily prepared many different programs in hopes of guiding and assisting our constituents in navigating the impacts of COVID-19 both on businesses and their workforce. The situation has made it clear how important it is for employers to always be in the know when it comes to workplace concerns, so ECOP has made it a point to hold programs that will help our constituents stay on top of the latest labor conversations and updates. To kick off 2023, we bring to you discussions that are highly important to the retention and recruitment of employees.
On February 16 at 1:00–4:00PM, join us via Zoom for the 54th Members General Meeting with the theme Benefits and Compensation Trends: 2023 and Beyond with guest speakers Mr. Thomas A. Farmer, Founder of the ASEAN Total Rewards Institute, Former Mercer Principal, and VP for Compensation and Benefits at IHG, as well as our very own Mr. Federico R. Marquez, ECOP Governor-in-charge of Membership, and Chairman of HRManagement Business Solutions Inc., to discuss topics that will focus on trends on Compensation and Benefits as well as Total Rewards in the Philippines.
