The Employers Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP) held its 9th ECOP Café last 15 August 2019. The kapihan session is a regular engagement mechanism of ECOP to orient members, especially new members, on the services they may avail of, apprise them with the latest issues affecting labor-management relations, and provide a consultation venue to companies with concerns and questions.

The companies were informed of the benefits they will be able to receive as members as well as their obligations as members of ECOP, especially in terms of financial dues and participation duties.
