The Project, which will run for one (1) year, is a collaboration with the major trade unions- Trade Union Congress of the Philippines (TUCP), Federation of Free Workers (FFW), and Sentro ng mga Nagkakaisa at Progresibong Manggagawa (SENTRO)- to enhance trust and confidence between employers and workers in a unionized-setting. It aims to:
- establish a functioning and institutionalized bipartite dialogue mechanism composed of ECOP and other business groups (PCCI and Philexport), on one hand, and participating trade unions, on the other, to discuss and decide common positions on policy matters of common concern;
- conduct enterprise-level activities that capacitate both worker and management representatives to engage in effective dialogue and other negotiation activities.
