ECOP Batangas conducted yet another successful event entitled “Service Quality Training for Tourist-Oriented Establishments” last September 15, 2017. Mr. Billy Gualberto, ECOP Batangas Vice President, hosted the event at Kota Keluarga Resort, Laiya, San Juan, Batangas. The venue was conducive for the training since the 75 participants are resort owners and employees of the Laiya Resort Owners Association.
The training facilitated by the representatives of RTWPB IV-A focused on the importance of values and productivity in the service sector. The Batangas Tourism and Arts Council sent speakers to discuss occupational safety and health. Also present were guest speakers from Philippine National Police, Red Cross, Bureau of Fire Protection, and the Provincial Health Department.
Mr. Faustino Caedo and Atty. Sylvia Marasigan, ECOP Batangas President and Batangas Province Tourism Director respectively, expressed their gratitude for the training organized by the RTWPB IV-A for the benefit and improvement of the tourism industry of Batangas.
