The National Wages and Productivity Commission of the Department of Labor and Employment is conducting an online survey on “Productivity Improvement Program and Gainsharing Schemes”. The survey inquires on productivity and gainsharing practices adopted by enterprises in the year 2019, availment of fiscal incentives, and technical assistance needed from government agencies in the area of productivity improvement. The result will guide the Commission’s continuing initiative to improve the design and delivery of its productivity programs.
With this, ECOP encourages its members to participate in the survey. After answering the survey, NWPC will offer to enterprise-respondents free availment of its training and consulting services on productivity improvement under the banner program—Productivity Toolbox. Rest assured that data privacy will be observed pursuant to prevailing laws, rules, and regulations.
