The Philippines Qualifications Framework (PQF), established in 2012 and fully implemented since January 2018, provides for a single integrated qualification system to support the recognition of skills and make qualifications more relevant to the Philippines’ labor market skill needs. The PQF remains an integral part of the quality assurance and regulatory structure of education and training. Considering the importance of the PQF as the quality assurance and regulatory structure of education and training, the rapid changes in the nature of jobs that affect skills demands, and the innovation in qualification frameworks of other countries, the PQF-National Coordinating Council decided to review the PQF under the leadership of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) with technical assistance from the World Bank – Future of Jobs project.

This survey is designed to collect opinions and ideas on the current status of the PQF (its design, functions, and performance), issues and problems, and what needs to be done. The survey is estimated to complete in about 40 minutes, with 20 sets of questions.

Please read each question carefully and provide your thoughts and opinions. The results of this survey will be used only for the review study. Answers will significantly contribute to improving the PQF for the future.

It will be highly appreciated if you kindly answer the questionnaire by July 24, 2020.
