Kapatiran sa Industriya (KAPATID) Awards is a biennial awards activity of the Employers Confederation of the Philippines. It recognizes companies that exemplify good business practices in the areas of business resiliency and continuity; responsible and ethical business conduct; quality, productivity, and innovation; and industrial relations. Practices that are characterized by enterprise level cooperation and harmonious relationship between management and employees, whether in a unionized or non-unionized setting, resulting in labor and enterprise productivity, product/service quality and innovation, improved workplace conditions, enhanced relationship with society, and adaptation to the disruptive and ever-changing business environment.

ECOP looks forward to the continued actions of these companies to put to life the spirit of KAPATID Awards.

We hope that other companies, be it an MSME or a large company, find inspiration from the KAPATID Awards 2021 winners to become better employers and find ways to implement better business practices.
