In partnership with the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the Employers Confederation of the Philippines, Executive Genesis Services, Inc. (ExeGen) held a 4-half day Soft Skills Training Programme last August 9-12 via Zoom.
ExeGen President Rhoda Caliwara expressed her gratitude to ECOP and ILO for the opportunity given to her manpower company to be one of the ambassadors of the In Business Soft Skills Development Programme.
|The soft skills training will not only help the ExeGen employees professionally for their career advancement but also personally as they apply it in their day to day lives. The knowledge they have acquired during the training will definitely be passed on to their colleagues by way of living it in their everyday work life.|
As an advocate of continuous learning and developing people, ExeGen commits to provide and extend the support needed by the employees who will be participating as they roll out the soft skills training in their company.
The training is designed in a peer-to-peer learning method. Each participant has the opportunity to share their insights and experiences and learn from their peers.
