The Employers Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP), in partnership with the Philippine Women’s Economic Network (PHILWEN) and the Wadhwani Foundation, will conduct a six-week entrepreneurial course targeting aspiring women entrepreneurs and start-ups (businesses existing for not more than 5 years and with not more than 50 employees).
The course aims to help women entrepreneurs learn and enhance skills necessary in order for them to identify and develop an opportunity for a new venture or improve the performance of their start-ups. The program will be conducted online combining lecturettes from subject matter experts, video exercises, activities, and individual and group works. The course will run from 4 May to 12 June 2020.
Also in the pipeline is a course on 21st century skills (soft skills development).
