We have recently reached the one-year mark of the nationwide community quarantine. A year has already passed but the crisis that is COVID-19 continues to persist. It is still uncertain as to when the lockdowns will be completely lifted and up to what extent the new normal will unfold.
While ECOP remains relentless and committed in representing employers in policy-making processes as well as equipping our constituents with ample information and capabilities in COVID-proofing the workplace, the organization is also continuously collecting and collating good business practices that showcase success stories of enterprises and entrepreneur hard-hit by the effects of the pandemic.
We want to hear from you some stories on how you, together with your employees, were able to rebound and how you intend to continue the path to recovery.
We encourage you to submit your write-ups on the theme “Reform. Rebound. Recover.” Your submissions will be featured in our website, social media accounts, and other publication materials, including ECOP’s annual edition of the Philippine Employer Magazine, which will be released in time for the 42nd National Conference of Employers. Incidentally, the central theme of the Conference revolves around “Reform. Rebound. Recover.”
