The Corporate Compensation Survey, released on an annual basis, provides information on the salaries of  employees from rank and file up to top management. The report is classified according to industry and geographical location and is presented per position level.

2.Collective Bargaining Agreements Survey

The Collective Bargaining Agreements Survey Report, released biennially, provides useful information for companies who are or will be in the process of negotiating for a CBA. The report analyzes current trends on collective bargaining per industry, with sub-analysis on the trends per union affiliation, size of bargaining unit,  and  geographical location. Reports are presented in tabular, graphical and narrative form.

II.Business Case Studies

1.Work Life Balance

Case study of twelve companies implementing work life balance programs. The study was conducted in an effort to promote and propagate the business case of work and family life balance.

III.Guidebook for Effective Employers

The Guidebook is a series of handbooks that provide alternative and reader-friendly information to Philippine enterprises in the areas of labor standards, labor relations, human resources management, and other related fields.

The Guidebook comes in five (5) volumes, namely; Kinds of Employment, Trade Unionism and CBA, Special Laws Affecting Labor, Disciplinary Practices, and Wages and Benefits.

It is also a refresher course for industrial relations and HR practitioners in general, focusing on labor laws governing core business or organizational issues.
