Supervisory Development Training Program
November 16 @ 9:00 am - 5:00 pm₱7000 – ₱10000
Companies that promote their rank-and-file employees tend to boost their loyalty and value for their position. On the other hand, some supervisors tend to focus on their former rank-and-file tasks and had a hard time managing their new subordinates.
Executing management tasks is the main responsibility of a supervisor. They make sure that management goals are met. In doing this, supervisors rely mostly on their people to work with these tasks. Having a harmonious relationship with their subordinates helps get their job done fast. But it is not easy to manage people, this requires certain skills and talent.
The overall goal of this three-day program is to increase the participants’ ability to apply the basic management principles and techniques at work. It presents tools and techniques for managing people.
