Supervisory Employee Training and Development
February 1 @ 9:00 am - 5:00 pm₱6000 – ₱8000
Companies which promote their rank-and-file employees tend to boost their loyalty and value in their positions. On the other hand, some supervisors tend to focus on their former rank-and-file tasks and have a difficult time managing their new subordinates.
Executing management tasks is the main responsibility of a supervisor. They make sure that management goals are met. In doing this, supervisors rely mostly on their people to perform their tasks and deliver the required outputs. Having a harmonious relationship with their subordinates helps get their jobs done fast. But it is not easy to manage people; this requires certain skills and talent.
The overall goal of this three-day program is to increase the participants’ ability to apply the basic management principles and techniques at work. It presents tools and strategies in managing people.
At the end of the 3-day training program, participants will be able to:
- Know and understand what are the key roles and tasks of a supervisor.
- Help participants to transition from rank-and-file to supervisory work responsibilities.
- Be familiar with the tools that can be used in managing tasks and people.
