November 12, 2019 @ 9:00 am - November 13, 2019 @ 5:00 pm₱6000 – ₱8000
Developing a safe and friendly working environment for employees is one of the most important things that managers should have in a company. Based on the recently passed OSH Law, each and every establishment is required to have an OSH practitioner in its workplace. One of the main tasks of an OSH practitioner is to increase workers’ productivity by improving their working environment.
The Employers Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP) in partnership with the Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships (AOTS) Japan is conducting a 2-day program that is designed to help participants to understand Japanese OSH best practices that they may use and apply in their workplaces. The program shall also give participants the necessary knowledge and understanding on issues surrounding work environment improvement.
At the end of the program, participants will be able to:
- Understand Japanese trends in managing Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) in companies;
- Find solutions on problems concerning OSH management;
- Learn how to involve workers with OSH activities/ programs to improve work environment; and
- Utilize OSH management by observing other company’s best practices.
