Measuring the performance of your people and improving their performance.
An organization that seeks to maintain and improve its competitive advantage must be able to manage the behavior of its employees to optimize its results. The ability of the people to perform can mitigate their losses or take the challenge and convert the crisis into an opportunity for success.
