Program Overview

The pandemic reshaped the economy and the labor force. There are drastic shifts on how we work and use technology. The pandemic forced people to work from home (WFH), which prompted learning and development to adopt new digital-driven platforms.

Organizations resorted to virtual conferencing, webinars, e-learning, virtual trainings, online learning, and the like. The health protocols of the new normal will require distance learning and development modalities.

There is a need to determine if these innovative remote training programs are efficient and effective. It is a must to know the return of investments from these distance learning and development interventions.

 Program Objectives

By the end of the webinar, participants will be able to:

  • Identify the different levels of evaluation and measurement of training effectiveness.
  • Determine if their organization’s learning programs meet the desired objectives.
  • Find out if their organization’s learning programs can demonstrate tangible benefits against investment.

Methodology

The webinar will be blended using both online learning activities and live teleconferencing.  There will be lecture-discussion, individual exercises, group activities, individual sharing, interaction, role plays, games, and feedback.
