PRESCRIPTIONS FOR BUSINESS SURVIVAL AND SUSTAINABILITY IN A PANDEMIC
Episode 3

Building an “A” Team for your Enterprise: Getting the Right People to Do the Job
15 May 2020 (Friday) | 3:00pm – 5:00pm

The survival and sustainability of an enterprise do not merely depend on having adequate capital and the right products and services. Making it in the market and getting ahead of the competition are also a function of the people who are running the business, manning the machines, and getting things done at the workplace. It is therefore important to build the right team and in the process, identifying ways of getting the right people to do the job. It is also no surprise why many companies did everything to protect their people during the pandemic. Afterall, these are the same employees and workers who will be in the forefront of getting the operations of businesses back to their feet when the ECQ is lifted.

Session objectives

    • Know the importance of building the right team
    • Identify ways of getting the right people to do the job
    • Identify best practices in protecting your people during pandemic season
