The Employers Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP), with the support of Philippine Women’s Entrepreneurship Network (Philwen) and the Wadwhani Foundation, will conduct a six-week online entrepreneurial course (May 4 to June 12,2020) intended for aspiring entrepreneurs and start-ups (businesses with not more than 5 years of existence with less than 50 employees).
In this course, the participants will learn about themselves, the risks and rewards in choosing entrepreneurship as a career option, and how to identify/improve new business opportunities and quickly validate them by building a series of prototypes of their product/ service and test it with an initial set of customers.
The online program combines lecturette from subject matter experts, video exercises, activities, and individual/group work.
In order to qualify for admission in the course, the applicant must fill-out a profile form which must be received by ECOP not later than April 30. Based on the answers given in the form, the candidates will be interviewed and selected. Applicants who are accepted in the course will be accordingly informed by text, email or phone call not later than May 2. Online classes will immediately start on May 4.
