The COVID-19 pandemic has shown that the world of business never imagined a crisis as deep and extensive as what we are actually facing today. Nobody was fully prepared. However, in this situation, we believe it is never too late to “up one’s game” in order to cope with the changes in the world of business and improve the capacity to prevent or manage any business crisis.
The Employers Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP), in partnership with the International Training Center of the International Labor Organization (ITCILO) based in Turin, Italy, will be conducting a 4-day virtual training on the “Fundamentals of Reputation and Crisis Management” on 7 – 10 September 2020, 2:00pm to 4:00 pm.
The purpose of the training is to give food for thought and provide some tools to try to improve the ability of private businesses and employer and business membership organizations (EBMOs) to communicate and get the key messages across and connect with civil society to hopefully improve business reputation. In addition, the subject matter experts will provide the fundamental concepts and tools for crisis prevention and management.
