With present limitations in public transportation, biking has quickly emerged as an alternative. As the country eases quarantine restrictions, biking is also encouraged in practice of physical distancing. Many people, including workers, have relied on bicycles. This survey, being conducted by the Institute for Labor Studies of the Department of Labor and Employment, focuses on the use of bike as a transport option. The objective of this survey is to collect opinions from the public (especially the bicycle-riding public) that could contribute in planning (safety and sustainability) and greening efforts.

On this note, IF YOU ARE WORKING AND/OR GETTING TO WORK BY BIKING, you are invited to take part in this survey. Your participation will require approximate 15-20 minutes of your time and is completed online. Taking part of the survey is completely VOLUNTARY.

In accordance with the Institute’s Data Privacy policy, all information that will be gathered from the survey will be held STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL and for RESEARCH PURPOSES only. Individual participants are not identified, and responses will be integrated and presented in summaries and themes. Clicking the “Yes” button indicates your consent to participate in this survey.
